What is your return policy?
At Nogy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are accepted for all new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund to your original form of payment (U.S. orders only). Please note the following important details:
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Items must be returned in their barcoded individual packaging.
- All final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be mailed in or brought to a return location within 30 days of your delivery date.
- A restocking fee of 10% of the price will be charged.

International Orders and Special Locations:
Orders to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, and PO Box locations follow our international return policy.
Damaged or Incomplete Returns:
Please note that products returned damaged or with missing accessories/components (such as brackets, screws, remote control, etc.) will be automatically rejected and will not be refunded.
Promo and Discount Codes:
Promo and discount codes are one-time use only. If the items in an order where a discount or promo code was used are returned or canceled, the code cannot be applied to a new order and is forfeited. Discount codes are applied to all items in the order, and if part of an order is returned, only the discounted price can be refunded.
In-Store Purchases:
Items purchased at an in-store location in Miami must be returned and/or exchanged at the store where the items were purchased. We cannot process in-store purchases online.
Important Instructions for Returns:
We ask that you ship back your item(s) using the auto-selected carrier from our returns portal. Please note that we do not cover return label costs for returns/exchanges.
Nogy is not responsible for any damages in transit back to our warehouse. We recommend taking pictures of your items before shipping them, in case you need to file a damage claim with the carrier. Additionally, keep images of how you repackaged your items for your records.
Include your packing slip with your order number or a note with your order number, email, and full name in your return package.
Please provide details on whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange for the product(s). If you are requesting an exchange, please list the size, color, or item details.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized orders, gift cards, or warranty purchases. Please note that shipping costs, shipping protection, and priority processing fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Once a return is approved, you will receive details on how and where to send it. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If an expected refund isn't issued within 15 days, please contact us.
