How do I return and/or exchange my order?

Our team will promptly respond to your email and guide you through the return or exchange process. You will receive an email with a return label and step-by-step instructions tailored to your specific situation. ( Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.)

Carefully follow the instructions provided in the email, including using the return label to ship your items. We recommend packaging your return securely and retaining any shipping information for reference.

4. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return and exchange criteria. We aim to process returns and exchanges as efficiently as possible.

5. Refund or Exchange:

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped within 7 days.
